Sushi Nori is seaweed wrapper widely used in Japanese cuisine dishes. It is generally of greenish or reddish color depending on the species of seaweed used in the production. In Japan it is usually greenish in color.
It can be used around onigiri and sushi, very popular in Japan, it is also widely used crumbled, or cutted into small strips mixed or sprinkled over the food.
Sushi Nori Yutaka is made with black seaweed and is ideal for making sushi. It can also be crumbled and sprinkled over salads and cooked in awok, or blend with sesame seeds, pepper and salt to make Furikake – a popular seasoning of hot rice.
