These blue raisins come from the Blue Thompson grape variety. Thanks to the red skin, the grapes (and therefore also these raisins) have a fresh and sweet and sour taste. Delicious as a snack or for example in oatmeal, yogurt, muesli, pudding or mixed with nuts.
