
Trevalli mixed cheese with porcini mushrooms is a fresh product with a creamy texture, slight eye formation and medium maturity, made from 100% Italian cow's and sheep's milk. The flavoured caciottes are excellent table cheeses and are often eaten when cut, accompanied by a good slice of homemade bread or the typical "crescia" of the Marche region. They are used to flavour fresh salads and as a condiment for baked pasta dishes. They are accompanied by richly flavoured but delicate white wines.
