Straw yellow color with golden highlights. Aromas of fresh, ripe yellow fruit, with subtle balsamic and floral notes. Good structure and a long finish.
Ideal with all seafood dishes, especially raw fish and seafood. It also pairs well with delicate meat dishes, vegetables, and fresh and semi-mature cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
