This honey orginates from Mixed flora namely; Thyme, Citrus, Clover, Sunflowers, Borage & other wild flowers of the Maltese Islands. Pure Honey soldifies and to liquify, just place the open jar in warm water (bain marie). It is recommended to store the product in a dry place.
