The Amarone grappa from the Marolo distillery is obtained thanks to a discontinuous bain-marie system distilling very fresh pomace still dripping with wine. It is soft and elegant, releasing fruity notes of cherries, blackberries and dried fruit, with extremely attractive balsamic hints
