Kössler Gewürztraminer 2020 D.O.C

Very typical of the variety, this is an aromatic white wine that originates from South Tyrol. Where it finds warm and sun exposed soils, its aroma is exceptional, pleasantly tangy and slightly sweet. Golden yellow in colour with unmistakable scents of rose petals and spices such as pepper, nutmeg and cloves.

FERMENTATION: slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel followed by maturation on fine yeast for 5-7 months, no malolactic fermentation

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Aperitif, asian dishes, Sushi, crustaceans, desserts and cheese
