    The J. de Villebois Pouilly -Fumé ‘s complexity originates from the various Pouilly s/ Loire terroirs. Like nowhere in the world this sauvignon blanc grape variety reveals its full potential and encapsulating the characteristic spirit of this appellation. The wine has a pure and very fine acidity supporting these typical flavours.

    • Excellent with oysters , lobster and all elegant fish dishes. To be enjoyed especially with  the typical goat cheeses from the Loire ( St- Maure de Touraine, Crottin de Chavignol)

    • An elegant nose revealing subtle and characteristic flintiness. Tones of peach, apricot and pineapple are appreciated. An elegant acidity complements this refined wine.
