Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, classic mineral depth from the Loire valley region, crisp aromas of gooseberry, elderflower and a hint of citric orange zest. This wine portrays perfectly the terroir of the Pouilly sur Loire region. It’s fine and elegant and is perfect with goat’s cheese, asparagus and delicate fish dishes.
