Harvested strictly by hand, the tomatoes are blanched for a short time, so as to maintain their consistency, peeled by hand and preserved naturally in water and salt.
Ideal for the preparation of pizzaiola meat, stewed squid, pappa al pomodoro and eggs with tomato sauce. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
