The Casa Rinaldi Arborio rice gets its name from the town of Vercelli where it originated in 1946. It is one of the largest grains and when cooking with Arborio rice it releases a lot of starch and can be enjoyed with a slightly softer texture. Perfect to create creamy risottos with meat, sauces and soups.
