A traditional mustard…? Made from mustard seeds lightly crushed but which envelop wasn’t removed. Its particular granular texture gives it an enjoyable feeling in your mouth and allow him to brighten up various dishes. It’s all this “savoir-faire” and this combination of texture and flavour that we wanted to share in our traditional mustard with Espelette Pepper.
